As a Family Business Adviser, I regularly refer to ESS BIZTOOLS to explain the fundamental business principles to those Family Members I work with. I find the Hourly Charge Rate Calculator a very useful tool, as well as the Technical; Papers on the different Structures.

Just wanted to let you know I played on the site a bit last night. Had a client coming in today to work on a business plan and thought I would see what was on the sight. Had a lot of fun, found lots that was useful (for this client meeting and a whole lot more) have a greater appreciation of how much is on the site and am really looking forward to the webinars and intro on how to go about finding things. As a new user of ESS BIZTOOLS, I am looking forward to utilising the software for my business’ development. I attended your webinar “Creating a Business Advisory Service Strategy” and took a couple of pages of notes which I will use as a checklist to fine tune my website and promotional material, due to launch mid July. As a sole practitioner, my aim is to structure my time with 50% to be spent on Business Advisory Services. The information in the webinar provided terrific support and a source of mentorship as I work towards this transition. This introductory webinar met my expectation and I am looking forward to the next instalments to keep me focused in my preparation for implementation. We have been an ESS BIZTOOLS user for many years and find that it is a valuable resource to our Practise. It is helpful with both internal staff training and can also be very helpful as a resource to give to clients in many areas. In particular, it provides a comprehensive guide to assist those going into business for the first time. It is very practical in that we can use it as a training tool for our clients. It is well worth the subscription fee.
